USG develops relationships with established business families and other qualified market participants whose local knowledge, institutional standing, and relationships may support an approved mandate. Participation is mandate-specific and subject to documented alignment.
USG integrates experienced operating leadership and enterprise expertise appropriate to each approved mandate and industry.
USG evaluates founders, technologies, and emerging platforms for potential integration into approved private-development mandates.
USG structures capital-alignment pathways through which capital providers may independently evaluate participation in approved mandates. USG does not represent that financing is available, committed, or assured.
For each approved industry vertical, USG identifies and appoint experienced operating leadership through the applicable subsidiary, platform, or governed vehicle. The executive's authority, organization, and mandate are defined through the governing documents for that vertical.
